Pathetic service by Gem Motors Hydernagar, Hyderabad (AP)

I had Palio since last 7 years, Just out of passion i switched fro new Ritz Vxi During 2nd service clutch was too hard they lubricated it again by end of 10k Kms it was really hard, I was been told as they would replace as its under warranty, Finally they came out with some scrap clutch plate saying its worn out due to driving condition, Whom are they trying to fool around, at the end i had to pay for it, Can some one let me know whether this worned out plate what ive been given is my own genuine plate which came at time of my Car delivery.im not gonna keep mum, as many of my frens did complain reg the integrity of the people at service centres. Thanx for completing my 3rd free service, now i need not rely upon Maruti Guys any more...
