No Objection Certificat

Dear Sir,

GE Money Financial services ltd is branded company but still have lots of inefficient documents against the company.

1. During the initial state buying Two Wheeler loan the company employee had not given any documented guidelines for the owner i.e (myself Prarthana Pandy)

2. No mention of extra charges against bounce of cheque.

3. Bought the vehicle in the month of decemeber 2006 and paid all ECS (the ECS was bounced and paid the cash)

4.Till date have not received the NOC from the company.

Please guide me the matter as i have taken the loan for the first but have no full details about loan system.
