Not giving RC book of my bike

I took Caliber 115 bike from Jems Automobiles (Finance from HDFC) in 2002.

I forgot to take RC book that time. In Last month I went to Jems Automobiles and asked about RC book. They said me that RC Book is taken by HDFC bank.

I also went to HDFC bank for that. In bank they said that they don't take RC book from dealer.

Now I want to sell my bike but I don't have RC book.

What to do?
