Alignment Problem

I had purchased a Spark car in the Oct'2008. Since then it has been driven for only 13, 000 kms. I have got the car aligned atleast 3-4 times from GM authorized dealer. I have also logged complaint several times with the authorized workshop that the alignment is continuously out.

The car has already worn out 2 tyres.
