Poor service and Engine problem

I own a captiva and is in warranty. I have been getting my car serviced regularly, ironically they have never changed the Air Filter, which I only came to know when TURBO of my car broke down. Now company is not repacing the TURBO under warranty and are fixing blame on me, though I am pleading that it is not possible for me to keep track of these things and it is the responsibility of the respective service center to esure that service is done as per their prescribed guidelines. Can anyone help...
