The below mail was sent to the company but in vain...
Dear All,
I am using Spark for more than 3 years now. Recently, I got the servicing done from Mumbai as i stay there only. I got bewildered & baffled to know that different service centres charge differently for the spare parts.
For instance, Dahisar Ashtvinayak has separate pricing than Jogeshwari workshop.
Matter already escalated to Mr. Anil Singh, Mr. Farookh & even their GM Mr. Karnik. Still, nothing has been done except giving me a waiver of rs.500/-
I have spent Rs.31000/- on my car in last one month, but still the problem of gear is not removed.
By spending lacs on advertisement & other lacs on sponsoring APSARA awards would be of no use, if u cant take take of ur existing customers after 3 YEARS of so called CHEVROLET PROMISE...
To hell with such company & such service... YOUR PEOPLE IN MUMBAI SERVICE CENTRES ARE USELESS!!
This is a sheer case of Cheating & Fraud as no one till date since last one month is able to give me a satisfactory reply...
