Non Support towards accident claims

My Car Chevrolet Spark LT reg no GA-06-D- 2001 insured with HDFCERGO through the dealer M/s Subrai Motors Pvt. Ltd (subrai.sales@gmidealer.com) was given on 24/03 for insurance claim repairs. Mr. Cruz (service engineer) of the dealer took all the relevant papers for getting the repairs done on 24/03. Now on 04/04 when the service centre was visited the car was in the same condition and the service engineer gave excuse that M/s HDFC ERGO is not registering the complaint /claim and not giving the clearance.

checked with HDFC ERGO for the same the claims have not been registered and now it is being told that the claim is not payable by the service engineer and hence demands us to pay for he same. The service engineer was contacted two times today on his cell no. 09850474991 but did not answer the call.

The owners of the service cnetre is also not cooperating in this regards.

My wife is using the vehicle and facing hardship due to the dealers/service centre issue.
