Delay in car deleivery

Dear Sir,

we are purchasing new car of cheverolet travera B3-10 from Shree Gopinathji Agencies, Atladra, vadodara. Gujarat. we already paying 2 EMI of car amount but still we haven`t got delivery of our car. whenever we talk with reliable person (manager) at Gopinathji so he saying that we have to pay additional charges of car accessories, acc pack, 3m care, Comprehensive insurance, Handling and log etc; but we don't have these all rubies parts. we have only nagged car and they are not get that us. we not arrange this amount Rs. 13000 of accessories. in front of they given this facilities to their close customers and other customers are suffering from this type of issues. So please help us or take action immediately on urgent bases that request to you.
