Ghatge Patil Transport
Not received goods

I shipped a chair through Ghatge Patil Transport on Jan 28th. I was told that the chair would be delivered within 10 days. I paid for the chair and the transport (Rs 4, 150) in FULL on Jan 30th to the vendor of the chair, Sri Kumaran Industries. After 20 days, I have still not received the chair. Every time I call Ghatge Patil Transport or Sri Kumaran Industries, I am asked to call someone else, who asks me to call someone else, and so on. Since Feb 4th, I am promised that the chair will be delivered in a day or two. There is no action on the part of Ghatge Patil transport to deliver my goods.
