Hi all, I recently had really a bad (pathetic) experience with Aggarwal Domestic & International Packers (MCC Transport Pvt Ltd.) While moving my household goods from Bangalore to Delhi. During packing and loading time (on 22 June 06) I was informed that they will deliver my household goods in 7 days (29June06) to Delhi and settle the damage on the spot. To do this they charged hefty fee (packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, transportation, Insurance, service tax) i.e. premium on top of what other packers charged. But they deliver it after 16 days (06Jul06). I have been calling daily after 7 days to them but every time I got the answer that it will be delivered tomorrow. And problems further compounded, there is lot of damage. They damaged and broke some of my goods while transporting from Bangalore to Delhi. On delivery they unloaded the truck only when they received the balance amount otherwise they threaten me not to unload and told me " do what ever you want". For the damaged Items, they said they would settle it in 3 days. But I am still waiting for a settlement and no response from them despite repeated call and mail. Please publish it so that we can save others from similar harassment.
