Novagold water filter
No service

I bought the water filter an year back. I was told I will det one free servicing within a year. So far it has not been attended. Is company only buying time?

Meanwhile I received a call twice if I want to make a contrct. on asking about the fre service, they keep giving some phone numbers.

I spoke to three persons. Last one insisted i get the water timings changed. (We have restricted water supply) I was told they cant work twenty four hours.

Pl note that other water filters available in the market are cheaper. We selected this for a goodservice.
