The Problem:

We took the delivery of the car on 07/01. This car is sparingly used as we have other two cars with us. Soon after we started using this car “ENGINE FAULT” display came on the screen. The car was taken to Global Gallarie Thane. They checked the vehicle and kept the car for two days and informed us that there is no problem with the car and we may use the car. Again in the first week of February same indicator started displaying. The car was again sent back to them. After keeping for two days same reply was given and we bought the car back and we had a trip to Hubli at Karnataka (about 650 km from Mumbai). The ENGINE FAULT signal used to come and go. Upon reaching back to Mumbai vehicle was again sent to Global Gallarie. They kept it for 3 days and gave the car back to us. The car was not used for a month or so. In the end of May the same ENGINE FAULT signal came. The car was sent back to Global Gallarie on 30th May. Since then the car is there with them. Upon enquiry they have informed us that still they could not make out the fault, We have purchased this vehicle considering your goodwill and brand image in the market. Now we are really disappointed with your product. So kindly look into the matter seriously and see that the fault is rectified, repaired and the car is delivered to us immediately.
