Not Attend The Customers

My name is ashish i went to globus Honda on 5may in evening around 6.30pm. I want to purchase honda Activa, I wait there around 30minute but there was nobody come to us.

when we are going from there one employee i dont know the name came and asked about our requirement when i say that i need to purchase a honda activa, he say you wait and i send someone, then i wait again around 20 minute there but nobody will come. I Feel Like they Insult me.i Stand There Alone and see here and there, if you are not able to attend the customers then why you open the showrooms, really i am very disspointed with this anyone who is the head of HONDA Delhi Region. Please take the action for this.
