GMAC financial India limited
For want of NOC

I have availed a car loan of Rs.1.25 lacs from GMAC financial services India Ltd., cochin branch for which i have given 36 postdated cheques in 7 (Loan agreement No. 7064 4357[1038784-4357]. All the cheques were cleared by my bank in July. Now I need an NOC for cancelling the hypothetication. I tried to contact the financer several times but was in vain. I sent registered letter which is also returned undelivered. Kindly help me too get an NOC urgently.
