Vehicle Key and NOC not issued by the Company

We have been told that there are sum due (one installment) to them but they are not providing us any 'statement of account'

(SOA)

My clarification is that- i have provided GMAC PDCs (Post dated cheques) and all PDCs cleared from my Bank a/c no. CAOD14 of PNB, Rewa (m.p.) then how it is possible one installment remain due.

i have come to know that GMAC migrated its Mannual system in computer based information sysytem during 04 it may be possible that there are some mistake done during migration process in the system?
