Creating Bills when car went to service entre

I take my car to Chevrolet - Spark for Service the so called Technical Advisor - Vinod assigned for our tasks, explained all the issues to him and after one day he does his job and printed a very beautiful bill of Rs. 9500 in which he replaced the barring of Rs. 5000 however after that when i drive i found the issues due to which he replaced the barring is still exists and the break is still not working same escalated to his work manager - Pathak (9999316935), re send the car to service station then again he does some work and printed one more bill explaining some other problem... again when car given back to me was not working properly... third time send the car to them and they print one more bill... Pathetic service. Just creating money only... assuming customer is fool..

Strict action should be taken against them...
