Excessive hard breaks, hot air and smoke reaching to passanger side

Main problems what GM is unwilling to accept and rectify (As on 24 JUL); Highly UNRELIABLE Brakes, Noisy right front wheel axle on second day of purchase, Very poor mileage, Automatically pulling of race paddle, Bonnet not properly aligned fixed, worstquality control. The car has been allowed to roll out from factory with several manufacturing defects. Most important fault is “UNRELIABLE brakes of car” which is pre-existing at delivery time, I noted any time when I apply brakes &-gt; breaking function/action in single press doesn’t stop the car and vehicle is rolling in uncontrolled manner. It is DEVASTATING situation for any driver when you are driving in congested traffic OR at higher speed say 50-60 Kmph. Chevrolet must advise all their SPARK owners that car is manufactured only for low speed like 20 Kmph and customers have to rely upon hand breaks. They should arrange special training for new customers in workshops to teach how to apply breaks of SPARK-PS. Four times car has been shown to METRO workshop Vasant Kunj New Delhi, their repairing here & there has not solved out the problem till date. It also clearly evident that no trial run taken after assembly of car has been done otherwise why the customer suffer with the serious MOST fault which is not less than his own life threatening DANGEROUS RISK.

AUTOMATIC RACE PADDLE PULLING by the engine to maintain the preset RPM set in the microprocessor when applying brakes and engine coupled with wheels through gears. North Zone GM people stated that NO change is possible in the preset computer programme which has been encoded in the microprocessor fitted in "SPARK 1.0PS" by GM.(It is not out of place to mention that TOYOTA has withdrawn their particular car due to this RACE PEDDLE problem.)

Heavy NOISE has been developed on second day of purchase that is right when car was taken out from METRO Vasant Kunj Showroom. Showroom person witnessed were 1.Mr Jha 2.MrMahender 3.Mr Manoj. The car has been delivered at 15 Kms (meter reading) when the meter reads 300 Kms mark the car has consumed 60 liters of petrol. I don’t need to explain anything you may calculate easily the mileage is approximately less than 5Kms/liter of fuel. I have already visited 4 times to METRO workshop but they fail to help the customer anyway.

The Bonnet of car has not fixed properly about one centimeter space could be easily seen between Head-lights and bonnet.

Hot & poisonous Air passing/leaking from engine side to passenger area. It is evident that passenger area did not isolate properly from engine side.

If I compare CHEVROLET INDIA, I found your QA quality control/assurance is WORST, and beyond comparison with any other brand like MARUTI, SANTRO, TATA
