Poor respond to complain and deliberate delay

Dear sir /madam

i purchased 1 chevarlot spark on 22.10.2010 from bharat motors rourkela during routine 1st service it was found that stearing oil is leaking service center asked me to leave the car for three days so that they can do the work and i left my car at show room when after three days i brought my car and drove it i found the same problem i called cervice center and told the same at that time the mechanic said tyhe stearing set will b changed within 15 days when i asked what u have done in three days he said nothing . after 15 days he alwasys keeping on saying sir next 10 days next 7 days like this. on this way near about 3months passed. the service center and showroom at rourkela closed . then i complained to bharat motors sambalpur . they asked me to bring my car on 7th july to maa motors rourkela. i took my car there on the said date . before 7tjh july i explained in details my problem and complain to customer care bhartat motors sambalpur cusomer care get me contacted to mechanic and i explained everything in detail. but at maa motors rourkela mr bibhuti bhusan das of bharat motors sambalpur refused to attend my complain saying to day it cant be done as he was not informed before then i call bharat motors from that place and put mr das to talk . then he said i will do it 0n 18 july at my residence . but he is taking varios plea and avoiding . at last i got a sms from bharat motors to bring my car to maa motors rourkela on 21 july .on20 july mr das called me and please dont bring ur car to maa motors instaed u bring ur car to bharat motors sambalpur on any working day on 22nd july i called mr das and told him that i m taking my car tomorrow that is on 23rd jul;y i m taking my car to bharat motors sambalpur but again he asked not to come and said me to come on 26th july . sir i lost my faith on ur service. i have tried my best to co operate with u but now i m convinced that u are deliberately avoiding the complain .it is too risky to drive the car with stearing oil leaking but u are not showing urgency . i hope u will show urgency in resolving the problem . thanking u
