GMSEXPRESS COURIER Services
Courier Not Delivered and no proper response

Hi, I am very unsatisfied with the services of GMSEXP Courier services and suggest you all to never go with these services.

I have sent a courier from Bangalore to Mumbai on 17th on Nov addressing to "CONSUMER RELATIONS, CIBIL, NARIMAN POINT, MUMBAI 400021". The consignment no for this is 409047220. I was informed that the courier will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days. When I checked the status in the website (WWW.GMSEXP.COM) on 22nd of NOV, The status was IN TRANSIT. When I contacted the bangalore regional office people (Sujatha - 08026941250) on the same day, they confirmed me that the courier is been forwarded to Mumbai office. When I checked with mumbai branch office (Nariman Point) people (Sanjay, Munna) they were not able to find it out. Then Next day, 23rd Nov when the contacted them they said that the courier has been delivered but it has not been updated in the website. They have asked me to check the site next day (after 24hrs).

I checked the status on 24th Nov, but there was no update on the status (still IN TRANSIT). Then again I called sanjay (09821746525) to enquire abt this. He informed me to speak to his manager Mr. Munna. He confirmed me that the courier was delivered. When I asked him to send me the scanned copy of the delivered receipt, he said that they donot have scanner in their office and moreover the receipt was forwarded to mumbai head office. He has given me the mumbai head office manager mobile no - 09930582383 (Victoria). When I called to speak to her, she disconnected my call inbetween of our conversation. For the next two days I was trying to call her, but she was not picking up my call.

On 28th of NOV, I have also checked with the CIBIL Bank people, they confirmed me saying that they have not received any courier. Finally I have written a mail to "Corp@gmsexp.xom, csdmum@gmsexp.com and csdmum@gmsexp.com" requesting them to sent me the scannned copy of the delivered receipt, but I got a mail saying that PLS WIAT... Again on 29th Nov I have sent them a follow - up mail, but there was no response from them.

I am badly waiting for u r tentative action against this service as my important documents are in the courier and I needed it to be delivered to the bank at the earliest.
