Seeking ration card

For Last four years i have been enjoying the benefit of gas connection from Gnanam gas Agency Madurai. but the last 6 months they are not properly responding whenever we go for booking cylinders they are seeking ration card though we don't have the card we have gone through all the process what they asked. Moreover we have paid of Rs 100 for that process. Even though whenever (every time) my mother is trying to book a cylinders they speak very rudely and they seek ration card. When i explain the details of process which we undergone they say this is last time you should bring ration card next time. Some how if we get the cylinder they confirm the cylinder delivery and they demand to buy the gas tube from them. Every time when i book cylinder this problem is happening and i should go to the agency by person though i am working in private concern and every time they speak very harsh. So the whole day gets disturbed and my work is also gets spoiled.
