Non-Payment of Material Supplied

We have supplied 300 bags of cement during the month of June'11 for Rs. 69000/-, against which a Post Dated cheque was given for the same amount.

On due date, the cheque bounced back with the reason "Insuffifient Funds".

After that we have visited the S.P verma office several time but to our desmay we returned empty hand all the time along with no proper justification from the company regarding our payment.

Today, we visited the office and found it closed. After inspection we came to know its closed for many days.

So, please look into the matter and guide us.
