I had booked ticket on GO Air flight no G8 604 on Jammu to Mumbai sector for 6th Feb. Scheduled departure at 10:05 am from jammu and arrival at 14:10 hrs at mumbai.

The flight was a via flight, details of route were not provided at the time of booking.

on boarding the flight it was know that it is jammu -- srinagar -- mumbai bound flight. and dure to snowfall at srinagar jammu- srinagar schedule stands cancelled.

with all these unscheduled delays no clarity is given to passanger about the current status nor any info is updated with the call centre of go air.

To call at call centre of goair is pathetic no representatives have any clarity nor are they updated with flight scheduled, cancellation, delays etc, to the dismay they want all source of info to be available with the customer.

Nor there airport goair stations are responding to any calls.

It is totally pathetic to travel by this airline which claims of High time performance on arrivals, certified pilots, etc.

Hope these complaints prove to be an eye opener for GO AIR and atleast they give some good on board training to their call centre representatives.
