This is the worst airline i have ever seen. they are stringent on everything which is related to customers but when it comes to them they don't know anything.
I booked a ticket from Srinagar to Mumbai and 50 Rs extra were charged after availing the refund voucher but when i asked why this was not shown at the time of booking. they said it's a system error and we will refund the money. go to website refund@gmail.com
this website God knows who created and when.
The staff is very uneducated about the policies and for each query customer has to be on hold for 15 - 20 mins. i think they have a tie-up with all the service providers and good way of minting money.
The least thing expected from them is a good cutsomer care who can answer the queries in less amount of time and give correct information.
They should educate their staff.
Untrained staff. bad experience everytime i book a ticket with them.
