Harassment caused by airline

Hello,

I was at airport on 11th Dec' 2010 and was waiting for the departure call from Go AIR for flight G8-144 and just before 1.5 to 2 hours from the departure time, Go air sent an SMS stating that flight got canceled due to bad weather. I had no option to arrange anything at that time and it could have caused me so much harm. Go Air staff literally harassed me and it caused a lot of mental stress to me. Firstly, they said they are going to arrange a cab from Delhi to Chandigarh and when nothing happened, they simply said that they cannot do anything and cab cannot be arranged. I was all alone in Delhi in an winter evening. It is like a bad dream to me. I am thankful to God that he sent one old gentleman who was traveling to Chandigarh and he gave me company and dropped me home safely. I want to file a complaint against GO Air and I do have the signature & stamp of the Go air staff member (on airport suty) on my ticket to prove myself. In case it is required I can send the scanned copy to you.

I do have necessary proofs to prove the harassment.
