Mobile phone stolen

Go air wale chor hain. they are the biggest thief. guys if anybody is travelling with Go Air pls be careful. they open ur lagguage and steels things from that. I was travelling from Mumbai to Delhi with G8-376 on 27th June When I put my bag into lagguage I had a movile phone in that but when reached to delhi there was no phone. Somebody pls suggest me how to file a case against those theives or dacoites i say.
