Lost of baggage during travelling

Dear Sir,

I have misplaced my baggage during travelling from Delhi to Srinagar by Go Air flight no G8154 on 11th Jan at 11.40 am vide PNR 8E5F73 and boarding slip no. 743963. I have already complained the concerned staff and other officials of the airliner at the spot and on the telephone but no response from them, they made one pretext and the other. I have some valuable items and other urgent documents in my lost bag.

I request ur goodself to look into the matter so that I can take a sigh of relief.
