I recently bought i10 from KOSMOS DEALER Jalandhar on feb.20.On
9th july, My driver took it for 1st service GENERAL CHECK UP to
GODAVRI MOTORS LUDHIANA . I reside NEARBY but the concerned person
objected for 1st service and said that car was not purchased from
us. MY driver made them talk to me on mobile and I requested to give
1st free service but they told me time has surpassed and they'll
charge 2nd service coupon which I agreed on telephone. Later, I was
surprised to see car's ENGINE OIL was changed at 1126 kms. I felt
sorry to see the attitude of superviser “AMARDEEP KUMAR” He argued
that we change the oil on 2nd service even if car is just 5kms and
nothing can be done as your driver had signed. Sir, my issue - Is he
right? As company today like Toyota, Honda recommends changing oil
around 10, 000kms. I am sorry to say that Godawri motors is too busy in
increasing bookings of services without seeming responsible for their
staff or quality. But I believe they are more trained to fleece out
money from customer’s pocket. If company's boy is ok then I am sorry
to bother you or if you feel that my point is right then your early
actions will be highly acknowledged
