Cheating customers by undisclosed charges

I have recently booked two tickets with EMI option for Citibank. At the time of booking I wasn't informed and I didn't find any info regarding that it will attract any transaction charges. Now when i checked my card statement I find 1% extra charges levied on it. This is very shameful act and is not accepted.

I have reported the issue to both goibibo and citibank and they both deny to revoke them. This is a clear case of cheat.

Goibibo should have mentioned that the transaction will attract 1% extra at the time of booking.

Don't know what to do now.. but be aware of these kind of tricks.
