Cylinder not supplied for more than 4 months

Respected Sir

My consumer No. is 73525, and a customer of Golden gas agency in Peelameadu. I regret to inform you that i have received my Cylinder on 15/7 and booked my next Cylinder after 60Days, i have not received the cylinder till now. The agency has entered in their Register as they have supplied the cylinder on month of October but in my deliver book the cylinder is supplied only on 15/7. Kindly direct them to supply the cylinder to the consumer only and not to do the malpractices and take action to supply the cylinder as early as possible.
