Delay in refill

My consumer number is 623326.I had booked my cylinder on 12-01 via message. At first they said that it would be delivered on 31-01.But we did not receive it on that day. When enquired again they said that they would deliver it on 3-2.The saddest part is that we have not yet received it. When we asked them today (6-2) they said that it would take minimum of 27 days. There is no proper reply from them. And also booking is done only after 25 days from the day it was delivered. So it is impossible of 6 members adjust with a cylinder for 52 days (almost 2 months). So, I would like you to take necessary action and I will be happy if you deliver the refilled cylinders at the earliest.
