No replacement of defective tyre

I am Jatin patel, I have purchased a new tata indica vista qudra jet car on dated.23/9, good year tyre were fitted & given by tata motors.1 of the tyre got deshaped with in 500 km. I contacted telephonic to good year compnay`s technical person at shah patel & co, which is located at satelite, ahmedabad, gujrat. I got a complaint no.(0810090079) and assurance for good service.after my visit to the company, they says that there is no mfg.defect in tyre and we cant replace the tyre, this problem has arise due to your drving style.there is so many complaints in indica vista`s tyre wich is supplied by good year tyre company.kindly take some solid step and provide me the justice.
