Not replacing tyre under warranty

I had purchased a new Tata Indica Vista having good year tyres.

While driving my new tata indica vista to home, the brnad new tyres got deflated. I thought it must be a puncture which may have happened. So I changed the tyre and drove back. When I went to get the puncture corrected the person told me that the tyre has cracked. When i went to the good year showroom to replace my tyre they say they cannot change the tyre as it has been cut with a sharp object. But I said i have not droven my car on the main road where such sharp object which can tear off the tyre is just not possible but they are not ready to listen to me and are not replacing my tyre.

Pls help me to change the tyre as the Good year company makes so low grade quality tyre due to which they get cracked and then they blame the customer that its your fault.
