Tyre burst

I bought Ford Figo in Sept and last Sunday when my car was parked, the right side front Tyre burst leaving my car rim dent. I am using Good Year Tyre which Ford gave me. I compliant about this to ford (worst Customer care you can find in the whole world) they told me to bring the Tyre to the service Station so that the Good year rep could inspect the Tyre. Then I received a call from Good Year rep he told me that it’s not a Manufacturer defect and it’s my fault. Ford too agreed on this. I am not sure how they came to this conclusion. I went and met the sales person in ford to check whether I could escalate this to their manager’s he informed me that’s not possible. Car has done 1200Kms .. which is really a bad experience “ I hate Good Year “
