Regarding Tyre Warranty

Dear Sir

I Purchase a Santro Hyundia Car from Sachin Hyundai, Haldwani in 28 Aug.2009 having tyre of Good Year Company. Now my car is running 20000 km and dealer said the tyre of your car damaged, so kindly tell me the warranty system because my car is running only 20000 km. At lease a new car having new tyres should run 50000 km.
