Irresponsive behavior of GRP, New-Delhi

Hi Sir/Madam,

I want to draw your kind attention to the irresponsive behavior of Government Railway Police, New-Delhi. Yesterday on 11/05, I went to New-Delhi to log a complaint of theft in GRP. The matter was i made my sister and brother to board Gorakhdham Express on 01 st may. In the due course of journey upto Gorakhpur they lost jewellery item. They came to know about it when they reached home.

Reservation details coach no..05, seat no..37 and 39.

Date of journey 01 may

Reservation from new delhi-gorakhpur.

But inspite of my request the official at GRP, new delhi denied to log the complaint giving excuses, that thse matter should be noted at some other GRP station in between new delhi and gorakhpur. It was around 8:00 pm when i reached there. They kept on pretending giving flimsy excuses. At last i returned back with helpless hand.

Please, look into the matter and do the needful.
