Sir, I have purchsed a HERO HONDA PLEASURE FROM M/S G.R.M.Motors, 1/23 P.H.Road, Nerkundram, Chennai, 107 (Near Balamurali Theatre) Tamil Nadu on 19/01.

My vehicle chasis No. MBLJF16EDAGM14188

My vehicle Engine No. JA16EBAGM1613

The cost of vehicle collected by GRM Motors are as under:

Cost of Pleasure: Rs.38, 600.00

Registeration and Road Tax Rs. 3, 338.00

Insuranance and Handling charges Rs. 3, 257

Total cost of vehicle Rs.45, 195.00

Extra fittings Rs. 1, 500.00

Net total n Rs.46, 695.00

Since purchase of the my vehicle, vehicle has creating self starting problems and now not started self and kick start.

I am not satified since the vehicle purchased due non satisfactory service of above Show room. After expending more money my family could not use the vehicle and facing problems. Now I am serving in Central Reserve Police Force at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

Kindly direct any one of the following Hero Honda Show room Service Centre and find out the fault correctly and repair the vehile correct manner so that I and my family use the vehile easily.
