UNJUSTIFIED ADHOC INTEREST/PENALTY CHARGES IN BILLS

We are receiving Bills from GSPC GAS for Domestic Natural Gas consumption. But since last two bills they are unduly adding Rs. 75 per bill for some adhoc interest/penalty charges.

We had reported complaint at their office at the time of paying last bill and at that time they had assured to give credit for erroneous Rs. 75 charged in that last bill in the next bill. But instead of giving credit, contrary they again added another Rs. 75 in the next bill.

This is purely an act of fraudulently imposing of unjustifiable charges which would never be acceptable. So I kindly request you to take suitable actions against the company and provide us those refund of Rs. 150 (75 75) and compensation for hardships and mental agony suffered by us.
