POOR QUALITY OF SEAT COVERS

I had purchased a gsport car seat cover through reliance, at the time of fitting seat cover they broked the rear seat lock. later after couple of days the stitching of seat cover was coming out and the same was given to reliance auto zone for re-stitching, at the time of re-fixing of the reliance staff tear the seat cover and theyc said they will replace the same. its nearly two months now nothing has been done, The staff are not responding to the phone calls. (THE QUALITY OF THE SEAT COVER IS PATHETIC / WORST)

with the experience I had reliance auto zone I personlly recommend not to buy or take any kind of service from reliance auto zone. The after sales service is pathetic. The staff / technicians of reliance auto zone in Bangalore are not professional. They do not know anything about the product what they are selling.
