Delay in supply of refill of LPG cylinde

Sir,

I booked for refill of LPG cylinder for domestic on 30.11.11 evenafter 30 days from date of last delivery. Sofar I am not supplied of it. When enquired, It is said by the Gugan Indane Gas Agencies that the supply from IOC -LPG bottling plant at Perundurai, Erode is not adequate and irregular and hence the delay. The customers donot know exactly where lies the problem. Moreover the above said distributor used to allow the booking for refill after 30 days from the last delivery and supply would take another ten days probably. But actual booking date for next refill is not known whether 21 days or 25 or 30 days. Please inform the rules and procedure for refill booking and do the needful.
