Regarding wrong comitment of delivery of R C smart card

I booked mahindra flyte on 25/05 and all payment was one time. after getting delivery of my scooter i got my Vehicle Registration receipt on 27/05. In that receipt their was a mistake in vehicle Chassis No. i brought the mistake in notice of the person in gupta auto showroom ; the person said she will correct the mistake in smart card ; but the smart card delivered was with wrong address and wrong chassis no and was delivered about 5-6 months after booking of scooter. after that the mistake was showen to person in gupta auto the person toke xerox of my booking receipt with correct address and correct chassis number ; this process also is in process from last 3-4 months still no smart card. I then comunicated with the owner of the gupta auto about the same on 19/05. he assured me that he will personally look in the problem and will make a call. One week has pasted out no call from the owner or the showroom person regarding the problem. After a week today i visited the showroom and got the receipt of my smart card and called the person carrying out the work he told me another 2-3 months will take to solve the problem. What should i do in this case? will their be any harm in driving the scooter without smart card only on the receipt? pls take some action and communicate me on 9881480500 or javeddhage@gmail.com
