No supply for last one month

I am not getting my gas cylinder which was booked 7 october consumer no. 52232. till now my gas is not supplied. personally visited 5 times but no response.

every time they tell me tomorrow will come but one month has been passed.

it is very hard without gas in deepavali season. also phone calls are kept in silent.
