Bike not serviced properly

I got my bike serviced on the date :15/08

Declaration in the bill: The above service carry 3 month warranty period no labor would be charged for the above mentioned service within the warranty period.

I kept on calling (phone) the guy (owner) but he will have some or other reason that he cant do it. Almost i am posting this after 1 month that too because of his repetitive giving excuses. Finally i have decided to give it to some other person to repair it as the bike is making horrible sound.

The date when bike got serviced had below mention problems: I wrote them in the back of the bill and got it signed by the person who delivered it. I still posses the original copy which had sign on it.

1. Chain Sprocket making noise

2. Wheel alignment still not perfect.

3. When the rear break applied (lightly) the back light not functioning.

4. The bubble gum is still on bike.

5. Helmet not clean.

6. Water in the tail light

7. Dust under seat cover.

Now the bike is in horrible condition.
