Wrong commitment of Honda Activa from Guru Nanak Honda

My name is Miss Amrit Kaur. I deposited Rs. 53, 020/- (Fifty Three Thousand and Tweenty Rupees) on date 24-Feb by receipt no. 14082 for Purchase Activa grey deluxe at Guru Nanak Honda Dealer, Railway Road, Amritsar (Punjab). Honda Dealer S. Jaspal Singh said to me that Deposit full payment we deliver Activa Grey delux today. After receiving the payment they told me that your activa deliver on tomorrow (25-02) when next day I go for delivery they told me we will give you delivery next day (26-02). When I call on 26th feb for confirm the delivery time then the reciption girl said to me we will surely deliver activa on 27th feb but she refuse me again told that the activa is not ready accessory is pending and once again she promise me that the grey activa will deliver on 2nd march. I ask that please let me talk to Mr. Jaspal Singh she said he is busy when I demand for their mobile number then she give not give me the number and cut the phone but on 2nd march receiption girl ask me grey activa is not ready when I ask that give me exact date then she finally give 05-march delivery date today when I go for delivery they demand of Rs.900/-(approximate) extra and said that the tax is increased so you have to pay this amount otherwise we will not deliver you activa.they do not listento me. I deposit full amount at the time of commitment but after receiving payment they behave me like that now I want to take the legal action that why they do not give me bill on same day they when I deposit payment? They have some problem and they was unable to deliver the activa I do not have any fault. I want to go in consumer court please tell me that how can you help me?

My name is Amrit Kaur. I have no father support. I am living my maternal home. I arrange Rs. 53000/- from my relatives on installment of monthly basis to purchase activa honda. I am doing the job in a private center and my salary is Rs. 3500/- . Sir please help me out i want justice. S. Jaspal Singh (The owner of Guru Nanak Honda, Railway Road, Amritsar) receive full money on 24-feb and till now they do not deliver me activa. I cannot pay more money Please deliver my activa on 24-feb date rates from Guru Nanak Honda and punish them for This wrong Commitment. Please accept my complaint and take action Quickly. I will be very thankfull to you.
