Aggage stolen/mishandeled

I travelled on 31- Oct from Newark NJ-Ahmedabad India by flight AI-144.On arrival at Ahmedabad on 1st Nov my 2 (two) checked in luggage were missing. The complain was attended by Bijal Prajapati. Propertyirregularity report & landing certificate was issued with an assurance that they will inform me about my mishandeled items as soon as it will arrive. Till today, after my repeated enquiries, I have not received my luggage nor they have bothered to reply me satisfactorily. I will be thankful if suitable steps are taken regarding my complain.
