Atrocious services from HONDA (Hallmark Automotive Pvt, Ltd., Nerul Navi Mumbai)

This is with reference to above; myself Vishal Gupta had given my Honda city No MH04BK 3263 on 23rd august. (Service check sheet - Cap No : 102).

Post my accident and insurance inspection there were 4 to 5 damaged parts which were to be replaced (caused due to accident) and was told that with-in 7 to 10 working days will get the car back. I have been waiting everyday but things seem to proceed further.

Today after 3 weeks of continuous chase i finally get an answer from Ayub Khan (General Manager Hall Mark Honda - 9867501810) Hallmark office that Spare part are still not available and will let me know by tomorrow (that never comes) for exact status.?? Ayub also mentioned “ you may put up a complaint on customer care??

Today i have made a complain to the Customer Care - my complain No. is 91100751

I fail to understand than in the beginning when we were to give the vehicle for servicing why don’t you check with your BIG company for the spare parts and then give commitments to us??? I require car for commuting to work on daily basis and with such delays and poor service it’s really not worth buying a Honda car???

I have got sick and tired with no correct feedback, following-up with the branch; getting an atrocious response that "we shall get back to you in Two hrs OR responsible person is not available". I think HONDA is really testing our patience?? Such inadequate service and inefficient staff.!!

No more we can seek or expect any help from your branch disinterested individuals, who seems also highly skilled bollock jugglers.

Kindly consider my dissatisfaction and disappointment with such useless services and try to solve my query soon. Suffice to say that I have now given up on my futile and foolhardy quest but still hope to receive some kind of service from you.
