Happy Home(distributer of indane gas)
Not providing good service

I (Mr Basudeb Patra) am resident of 89-A, Block-B, Lake Town, Kolkata-700089, and a peamanent customer of Indane Gas Agency namely 'Happy Home' at 909, Lake Town, Block-A, Kolkata-700089 having my Consumer No.11920. I have booked gas at aforesaid agency on 07/07 (booking no-2451) but still haven't got the same. Whenever i try to contact them they don't even pick up the phone. After making so many calls i got fed up and made a call to indane gas call centre. In call centre they are asking me to transfer my gas booking agency address somewhere else in the Lake Town, which i don't want to do because i am the only member in my family. So, it will be very panic from my side to transfer my booking outlet anywhere else. Kindly, do the needful favour. I will be very thankful to you, if you will consider my request as soon as possible.
