DELAY IN REFILL GAS CYLINDER

SIR/MADAM,
Sir,
I am D.P. venkatesam mandal revenue officer of DORNIPADU VILLAGE (KURNOOL DT). Sir, I have booked for the refill cylinder with CONSUMER NO:603590 by phone last month i.e., December 21 and we are told that we will get the refill cylinder after 15 days. When we telephoned them after the duration they are arguing with us that we have booked the cylinder on the January 9th .we are shocked on hearing that. Now they are saying that we will get the cylinder after 15 days . you have to take the action against them.we told them that we will give complaint but their answer is complaint to whom ever you want. They are arguing with my family ladies rudely like this. Sir actually we are going in the process .i think we will get the solution from this. Sir kindly take action against them. What is the solution for this. Is there any possibility to take action against them by consumer code .take necessary action against them.
