PATHETIC CONDITION OF SHOWROOM AND SERVICES- THIS IS REGARDING MY VISIT TO SHOWROOM ON 29 AUG.2009.FOR ENQUIRY TO PURCHASE NEW CAR.AS YOU ENTER YOU DONOT THINK YOU HAVE ENTERED A CARSHOWROOM.I WAS ATTENDED BY MR.S.K SHIRIVASTAV SALES MANEGER, AS I REQUESTED TO SEE CAR.I WAS TAKEN TO A PASSAGE WHERE CAR WAS PARKED.AND INSIDE OF CAR CAN NOT BE SHOWN AS KEY WAS NOT AVAILABLE.IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN SOME TIME. NEW CAR HAS RUST MARK ON SIDE PANEL ACCESSORIES.I WAS AGAIN HEADED TO HIS CABIN AND WHERE IT WAS HELL.AS I SAT ON CHAIR, CHAIR WAS BROKEN AND I FELL ON FLOOR.I ALREADY HAD TAIL BONE FRACTURE AND WITH THE FALL I DAMAGED IT AGAIN FOR WHICH I WAS TAKEN PRECAUTIONS FOR LAST 3 MONTHS.IT WAS HORRIBLE.I WANTED TO REGISTER AWRITTEN COMPLAINT BUT I WAS GIVEN CARD OF HIM MOTORS AND WAS ASKED TO WRITE TO THEM.I HAVE DROPPED IDEA OF BUYING CAR FROM TATA MOTORS.IF PRE SALE IS LIKE THIS THAN AFTERSALES WILL BE MORE HORRIBLE.
