Not delivery at time

Sir i booked new innova vx 8 seater silver color on 28 th may. harsha toyoto chennai..At the time of booking they assured me that the vehicle should be delivered within two months .till now not delivery.i try to enquiry this issue sales officer no 9500096555 mr jegadeesan .he talk very rude and not kind .and another no 9500096948.he speak not polite .please issue directions to that dealer to deliver the vehicle at the earliest
