No proper service and Spare parts

I am owning a Honda Unicorn CB Dazzler and had got a self accident and i got damaged my Bike . so i want to change the exact new spare for that... But the service peoples in service center says that the spare is impossible to get ..

My Question is i am ready to pay but u are not ready to give me spare, that too from ur side you are saying that Quality of ur Spares will not be good as Original ..then why should i Chose Honda... without spares why should u launch the Bike...

I like Honda very much, But now Honda made me feel bad...

I am expecting a good action on it
